Fast, tracked delivery across the U.S.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–5 business days after processing. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on 3- and 6-bottle orders. A flat shipping fee applies to 2-bottle orders and is shown at checkout before payment.

International orders

At this time Gelagen™ ships within the United States only.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact contact@customercs.com and we will send a replacement or refund.
