Every Gelagen™ order is protected by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email contact@customercs.com or call +1 (507) 448-8190 with your order number and the email used at checkout. Our team replies within 1 business day with return instructions.

Returns

Return the bottles (opened or unopened) to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Processing time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping fees, when charged, are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

Refills can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing date from your account or by contacting support. Refunds for refill orders follow the same 30-day policy.
